For a smaller group, a saloon, estate or SUV may also suit your journey. Passenger numbers and luggage need to work together when choosing a vehicle.

Include the number and size of your bags when requesting a group transfer. A full passenger group with large suitcases may need a different transport plan from a group travelling light.
If you have more than eight passengers, describe the full group in your request. We will assess an individual transport plan rather than assume everyone fits in one vehicle.

Your route and travel dates
Enter the pickup address, destination, date and preferred pickup time. Mention any additional stops in your requirements.
Your passengers and luggage
Give the full passenger count, bag sizes and any special requirements. The premium MPV is a category preference; we confirm the vehicle with your quote.
Your flight and return plans
Include the flight number and terminal where known. Add a return if needed; its collection details can differ from the outward journey.
Your tailored quotation confirms the price, vehicle arrangements and any waiting or parking conditions. Submitting the form does not reserve a vehicle.
Can eight passengers travel together?+
Our premium MPV category has room for up to eight passengers. Share the full passenger count and luggage requirements so Sovereign Transfer can confirm a suitable vehicle and availability with your quote.
How many suitcases can we bring?+
Luggage space depends on the vehicle, passenger count and size of your bags. Include large suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs or equipment in your request. Luggage suitability is confirmed individually; eight passenger seats do not guarantee space for eight large cases.
Can you collect our group from more than one address?+
Include any additional pickup addresses or stops in your journey requirements. We will review the route, timing and vehicle arrangements when preparing your quotation.
Can we arrange the return transfer at the same time?+
Yes. Add a return journey in the quote form and enter its addresses, date and preferred collection time separately. Include the arriving flight details where available.
When is our group transfer booked?+
Sending a request starts the quotation process. Accepting a quotation tells Sovereign Transfer you wish to proceed; the journey is booked only when you receive a booking confirmation.
