Understanding your quote request and booking.
Where we collect
Our preferred pickup region covers the North West and nearby Yorkshire areas, from Lancaster and Preston through Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds to Chester, Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent. We serve Manchester, Leeds Bradford and Liverpool airports. Outside this approximate region, we normally look for journeys of 200+ driving miles. You can still send any UK journey enquiry for an individual quote. This is guidance for your outward pickup; a return can be included in the same request. Outside-area or shorter journeys are noted for individual quotation, not rejected. Sovereign Transfer confirms the final route, price and availability.
Requests and quotations
Submitting a request asks Sovereign Transfer to review your journey. It does not reserve a vehicle. Your quotation sets out the price, vehicle category, inclusions, any conditions and its expiry.
Booking confirmation
Accepting a quote lets Sovereign Transfer know you wish to proceed. Your booking is confirmed only when Sovereign Transfer sends a booking confirmation.
Your journey details
Check addresses, dates, UK pickup times, passenger numbers and luggage carefully. Tell Sovereign Transfer about additional stops or special requirements before confirmation.
Before public launch
Final payment, deposit, cancellation, waiting and parking terms will be supplied by Sovereign Transfer before public operation. This is a private review version.
