Airport transfer pickup areas
A local beginning. A destination of your choosing.
Our preferred pickup region covers the North West and nearby Yorkshire, with private transfers to airports and destinations across the UK. Use this guide to plan your enquiry, then share your full address for an individual quote.
Request a transfer from your address
Airport transfers from Lancashire.
Lancashire is central to our airport-transfer service. Tell us where you’re starting, when you need to travel and how many people and bags are coming with you.
Preston and surrounding areas
Request a private transfer from your Preston address to Manchester, Liverpool John Lennon or Leeds Bradford Airport. Include your departure time and terminal where known so we can review your preferred pickup time with the route.
If your group is meeting at more than one address, describe the extra stops in the requirements field. We’ll consider them when quoting the journey.
Lancaster and northern Lancashire
Lancaster sits towards the northern part of our approximate preferred pickup region. Enter the full collection address so we can assess the journey, including the time needed to reach you before your onward airport transfer.
For return collections, share the arriving flight details and your preferred pickup time. Meeting and waiting arrangements are agreed with your quotation.
North West and nearby Yorkshire.
Manchester, Liverpool and the North West
Our preferred region extends through Manchester and Liverpool towards Chester and Stoke-on-Trent. Share your actual pickup address rather than relying on a county boundary: route, timing and availability are assessed for each enquiry.
Airport arrivals and departures can be requested at Manchester, Liverpool John Lennon and Leeds Bradford. Choose the airport in the quote form and include the flight details.
Leeds, Sheffield and nearby Yorkshire
The approximate pickup region also reaches across to Leeds and Sheffield. You can request journeys to local airports or longer transfers to destinations elsewhere in the UK.
For a pickup near the edge of the region, use the full address in your enquiry. Your quotation will confirm whether we can accommodate the complete journey.
Our pickup-area guidance in full
Our preferred pickup region covers the North West and nearby Yorkshire areas, from Lancaster and Preston through Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds to Chester, Sheffield and Stoke-on-Trent. We serve Manchester, Leeds Bradford and Liverpool airports. Outside this approximate region, we normally look for journeys of 200+ driving miles. You can still send any UK journey enquiry for an individual quote.

Starting somewhere else?
Outside our preferred pickup region, we normally look for journeys of at least 200 driving miles. Shorter journeys can still be submitted for individual review.
This is pickup guidance rather than a limit on UK destinations. Include a return in the same enquiry if you need one, even when it starts elsewhere.
Explore long-distance transfersMake your enquiry easy to assess
Enter the full pickup address, destination, travel date, preferred time, passenger count and luggage details. Add flight information for airport journeys and describe any extra stops or requirements.
Travelling with family, friends or colleagues? Our group airport transfer guide explains planning for up to eight passengers and checking luggage suitability.
We confirm the route, availability and price with your quotation. Your journey is booked only after Sovereign Transfer sends a booking confirmation.
Is my postcode inside your pickup area?+
Enter your full pickup address in the quote form for journey guidance. The preferred region is approximate, and Sovereign Transfer reviews the actual route, vehicle availability and travel arrangements before confirming a booking.
Can I request a pickup outside the preferred region?+
Yes. Outside the North West and nearby Yorkshire region, we normally prefer journeys of 200 or more driving miles. You can still submit a shorter UK journey for an individual quotation; it is not automatically excluded.
Does the preferred region limit where you can take us?+
The preferred region describes outward pickups. You can request a destination elsewhere in the UK, including cities, hotels, venues and airports. The full journey is reviewed individually.
Can my return start at an airport outside the region?+
You can add a return to the same enquiry and enter its pickup and destination separately. Include the airport, flight details and preferred collection time so we can review both legs together.
How far in advance should I request a pickup?+
Enter your preferred date and time in the quote form. The earliest available request time depends on the journey and the time needed to reach your pickup. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.
